Our content standard

Free NCLEX Prep is an independent educational resource. We do not present app-generated questions as official NCLEX items, and we do not imply affiliation with NCSBN or Pearson VUE. When a page discusses exam structure, timing, registration or test-plan details, those facts should be checked against current official sources before publication or material updates.

Originality and usefulness

Practice questions are written for this app rather than copied from commercial banks. Articles are designed around a specific learner question instead of being created only to repeat a keyword. Year-specific pages must add useful context and must not claim that future exam details are confirmed before the responsible organization publishes them.

Clinical accuracy

Educational nursing content should reflect entry-level nursing practice and established safety principles. A rationale should explain the clinical reason for the best answer, not simply restate the answer. When a question is ambiguous, outdated or unsafe, it should be corrected or removed rather than defended for the sake of keeping the question count high.

Updates and corrections

Pages may show an updated date when meaningful content has been reviewed or changed. Cosmetic edits alone should not be used to create a false freshness signal. Students can report a questionable item through the contact route in the app. Corrections should prioritize patient safety, scope of practice, exam relevance and clarity.

What we do not promise

No practice score on this site is an official NCLEX result or a guarantee of passing. Readiness tools are study aids. Licensing eligibility, registration requirements, scheduling and exam-day rules should be verified with the appropriate board of nursing and official NCLEX resources.
